We’ve Been Where You Are

We know what it feels like to push through another shift when you have nothing left to give. To lie awake at night questioning whether you can keep doing this. To wonder what happened to the person who once found deep meaning in their work.
Gladstone Wellness was founded by Dr. Surbhi Khanna and Dr. Anthony Massey, two physicians who have spent their careers understanding burnout, addiction, and what it actually takes to change behavior and rebuild wellbeing. We didn’t just study this problem from the outside. We’ve worked alongside healthcare professionals navigating it for decades.
That work taught us something important: burnout isn’t a personal failure. It’s a predictable response to working in systems that demand everything from the people who care for others while offering little support in return. And with the right guidance, it’s something you can move through—not by working harder or becoming more resilient, but by reconnecting with what matters and building sustainable practices that actually fit your life.

Who We Serve
Gladstone Wellness supports professionals across various disciplines who are experiencing burnout or working to prevent it.
We serve individuals seeking personalized coaching and support. We also partner with organizations committed to meaningful investment in workforce well-being.
Whether you’re an executive questioning how much longer you can sustain this pace, a hospitalist carrying the emotional weight of difficult cases with nowhere to process them, or an organizational leader searching for programs that your staff will actually trust, we designed our approach with your reality in mind.
Our Approach
Generic wellness advice doesn’t work. We’ve sat through enough “self-care” presentations to know that telling exhausted professionals to take nature walks misses the point entirely.
Our programs are built on evidence, drawing from decades of experience in the healthcare field, mindfulness practices, and resilience research, delivered through a coaching model that meets you where you are. This isn’t therapy. It’s a future-oriented, action-focused process designed to help you regain clarity, rebuild your sense of agency, and reconnect with why your work matters.
We combine individual coaching sessions with smaller workgroups, creating both personalized support and a community of peers who understand your experience without explanation. Everything is delivered virtually, making meaningful support accessible regardless of where you are.
